We are a family run business which first started 20 years ago by our father Greg Alepidis in Dulwich Hill and then Canterbury. At that time there was no dedicated places making Souvlaki in the traditional Greek way. Over the years he has become renowned around Sydney for the Lamb Backstrap Souvlaki as well as other meats. He has perfected the use of herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of the meats. These techniques and recipes have been passed down to his sons who are continuing on the family tradition.
