We are a family run business which first started over 20 years ago by our father Greg Alepidis in Dulwich Hill and then Canterbury. At that time there wasn’t many dedicated places making Souvlakia in the traditional Greek way. Over the years he became renowned around Sydney for the Lamb Backstrap Souvlaki as well as other meats he provided in his store. He perfected the use of herbs & spices to enhance the flavour on the meats. These techniques and recipes have now been passed down to his sons who are continuing on the family tradition.
